31 suspects arrested in Europe for using keyless entry technology to steal cars

The gang is understood to have targeted cars with keyless entry and start systems, using its keyless technology to open doors, start the engine and steal the car without the use of a key fob.

The cyberspace command of the French National Gendarmerie (FNG) has seized a fraudulent software domain name used to hack into the car’s keyless technology. Supermarket giant Metro hit by cyberattack, payment system disrupted

Metro, the German retail and wholesale supermarket group, was confirmed to have suffered a cyber attack, disrupting some of its infrastructure and delaying its offline store payment system and online orders.
